Very sparkly bling from my mothers jewelry. Recently found a box that has been hidden for years. She worked at Department stores in the 1950's in San Francisco and this was probably a purchase or gift at that time.
The info I have found: Celebrity NY was an American Jewelry branIt existed for a very short time from the 1950's to early 1970's. The Designers created bright jewelry usually with rhinestone imitations of precious stones. The gems were inserted into intricate delicate patterned frames
