Cornflower blue plastic with silver glitter embedded
Perfect vaguely modified condition, the only defect is a small pink paint mark shown in picture next to the handle
My mom did something of a decoupage on the inside, but most of it is just taped on & not glued, so to remove it won't leave residue, but I'm not sure what the adhesive is on the Pokémon one
If you would like I can remove most of the decoupage, but I'm not going to try the Tentacruel one
