True vintage 1930's 30's baby toddler little young girls blue and white stripe retro dress! See measurements as I am unsure of sizes. Short puff sleeves. Cotton. White peterpan collar. Big white buttons down bust with small ruffles up the sides. Princess cut waistline. Full skirt. Back ties to cinch waist. Has been soaked and pressed. Does need some repairs. The armpit is ripped on both seams, there's a tiny hole in the back and one waist tie looks like it's pinned underneath will probably need to be stitched. Was finding baby books dating 1931! Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
