Official merchandise. It is rare indeed because I couldn't find any other listings besides sold-out Japanese online stores to compare. I bought it on its first release, and it was quite pricey. It was never used and was only on display, but the glue of the front flap is starting to detach itself (please look at photos). It looks like it's fixable.
