This item was returned as defective. I tested it upon arrival with successful activation. It was not intuitive however unless maybe if you're Apple savvy, which I am not. Fortunately an iPad was available to use during setup. Not sure how it works for non-Apple users. 14 day return policy still applies. Happy to answer any questions!
